Tiny Scruffy Drawing | January – March

A habit that stayed with me from 2024. One tiny drawing a day. Sometimes a cup, sometimes food, sometimes whatever caught my eye. I didn’t always know what to draw, but I showed up anyway — even when the lines came out rushed or uneven.

What surprised me was how it started to feel necessary. Not in a pressured way. Just… grounding. Just one scruffy mark on my planner to say I was here today.

Looking back at a full month of drawings, it hits differently. I see the days I was tired, the days I tried harder, the ones I barely made a mark at all. But they’re all there. It quietly kept track. It reminds me I kept going — not perfectly, but honestly.
